Defective items will be exchanged only for another item of the same type.

Items must be in same condition as when shipped out.

The buyer must pay return shipping.

Sealed and boxed items must have original packaging returned with them

Bulk shipped items will be inspected and checked. (We do not accept items that did not come from us)

All items must have an RMA# (acquired through our support team). If this number is not visible on the returned package the package will be refused.

Returns on items will be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee and shipping (or cost of shipping if free shipping was offered for the item).
